2 - 1581 Landing Rd - $158,900 - 3/2 unfurnished house in central MB.  Perfect location....1 mile to the beach yet hidden away.  28 yrs old, 1300 hsf.   Great primary or 2nd home.  No HOA fees!  
3 - #C-3 Ocean Terrace - $115,000 - 2/2 condo across the street from the ocean in NMB in 28 yr old wood-frame bldg.  Not a rental machine at all but a great 2nd home location.  
4 - # 420 Sandy Beach - $91,300 - Direct OF shotgun 1/1 on 2nd Ave. S. in downtown MB.  Built in 1999.  These were selling for almost $300K in 2005.  $13-15K GRI onsite, 46% rental fee.  
5 - # 305 San-a-Bel - $125,000 - Direct OF small 2/2 condo on 17th Ave. S. in NMB.  These are approx. 675 hsf.  Unfurnished.  Not that great of a deal at that price and being unfurnished.   Under 100K, then it's a deal.  Not a rental machine...approx. $7-10K GRI onsite.  Nice 2nd home for a direct OF condo.  
6 - # 533 The Havens @ Barefoot Resort - $141,600 - 2/2 condo with  garage directly on the golf course in NMB.  Only a couple of years of age.  Great 2nd home or rent on your own condo.  
7 - 1507 South Ocean Blvd - $850,000 - Direct OF 3 BR / 1.5 BA house in NMB.  58 yrs old, 1100 hsf, needs LOTS of TLC - basically being sold below lot value.  
8 - 2504 S. Ocean Blvd - $350,000 - Duplex across the street from the ocean with ocean views.  45 yrs old, 2100 hsf total, needs some TLC.  
9 - # 402 St. Clements - $85,900 - Direct OF 1/1 on 70th Ave. N.   Great little 2nd home property or rent on your own. 
10 - #C-2 Dunes Point - $125,000 - 2/2 condo with approx. 1150 hsf overlooking woods and slight peek of lake in nice community only 3.5 short blocks to the ocean.  Has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs along with tennis courts and it's own OF cabana for owners and guests only.  Nice floorplan and nice price.  Great 2nd home property located on north end of MB in the popular Shore Drive/Arcadian area.  
11 - STEAL:  4400 North Ocean Blvd - $1,200,000 - Direct OF house in "the avenues" of MB.  7 BR / 4 full BA / 2 half BA, 4200 hsf, 70 yrs old and looks like it's been remodeled, 1/2 acre lot.   Home like this would have sold for at least $4M a few years ago.  There aren't even any lots on the OF that you can touch for that price, especially not in this area.  Residential area - no highrise buildings near this area.   Unbelievable price and location! 
12 - # 207 Tahitian Princess - $289,900 - 6 BR / 6 BA, 3-story condo across the street from the ocean on 33rd Ave. S. in NMB with views of the ocean.  Over 3000 hsf, 4 yrs old, unfurnished.   These sold for right at $1M pre-construction.  Excellent property!  
13 - #2111 The Havens @ Barefoot Resort - $170,000 - 3/3 unfurn condo, garage, 1650 hsf.  Excellent primary or 2nd home property.  
14 - # 309 Pier Watch Villas - $183,900 - 6 BR/ 4 BA  unfurn condo across the street from the ocean in NMB.  2  yrs old, 2200 hsf.  These were selling for over $600K pre-construction.  Excellent primary, 2nd home, or rent on your own condo.
